2 TOUGH hours of interval running & the agility ladder, plus a few other tricks I have to get the best out of myself & others!

•INTERVAL RUNNING: This means short bursts of running/sprinting, with short periods of recovery time! In my experience as a professional athlete, I believe this is the best way to build up cardio & stamina for a "stop & go" sport such as basketball. I've noticed that my LEGS & LUNGS can work well together -- or a part if I choose. Meaning, when your legs are burning, you can still run on the STRENGTH OF YOUR LUNGS & when your lungs are burning (lack of conditioning) then your legs can still power you through the workout. I feel I'm at my best when I'm consistently using the Interval Running system & it doesn't always have to be extremely high intensity. Do what fits you, your body & your goals.

•AGILITY LADDER: This great tool has MANY GREAT USES! While you can gain quickness, I like to use it for footwork, hand-eye coordination & conditioning. I have 1,000 different ways to improve footwork for any sport using the agility ladder (as shown in the video). The more it burns, the faster I go & I love it!
